The Neuro Health Project is community driven and offers mental well-being support for everyone, everywhere for free. Our mission is to help at least one million people globally through our network of HUBS positioned in every suburb, town, city and country. We are not government or privately funded. Meet Terri Williams

Your HUB Leader

Terri Williams, MSM, MBA, PCC, CPDC, EMCC

United States Army, Retired and Department of Defense, Retired


For over two decades, Terri has helped leaders become more effective by channeling their best and most authentic selves.  As a U.S. Army Veteran and survivor of the September 11th Attack on the Pentagon, Terri has served in several roles including as the Chief Learning Officer at the Federal Aviation Administration; Special Assistant to the 20th Secretary of Defense for Quality-of-Life Issues within the Military Community and Family Policy office; and senior roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Intelligence Community (IC), and the United States Space Command


As a learning and development practitioner, Terri serves as an Executive and Leadership Coach, an Adjunct Professor at American University’s Key Executive Program, a Guest Lecturer at Georgetown University’s Strategic Management Program, and a Senior Advisor at the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) Institute for Hope and Healing. Her coaching specialties include DEIB, Vertical Leadership Development, Leadership Presence, Women’s Leadership Issues, Multicultural Leadership, Generational Differences, Team Development and Effectiveness, Navigating Uncertainty and Grief, Well-Being Habits, Positive Psychology, and Behavioral and Mental Health Issues.


Terri has extensive experience in the defense, technology, and healthcare industries. Her client portfolio encompasses both public and private organizations, including NASA, the Department of Defense, the US Army, the US Navy, the US Air Force, the US Space Force, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Intelligence Community.

She has also worked with private organizations such as Apple, General Motors, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Christus Healthcare, Cerner Government Services, USAA, and State Farm.


Terri is completing her doctoral studies at Vanderbilt University, Peabody College of Education and Human Development, focusing on Leadership and Learning in Organizations. She has a rich educational background, having completed executive education, graduate, and undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, American University, Averett University, National-Louis University, The Aspen Institute, Federal Executive Institute (FEI), University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and The Office of Personnel Management Senior Executive Development Program (SESCDP). Terri holds several certifications, including ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), CoachDiversity Institute Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC), and EMCC Global Senior Practitioner. She is also a certified facilitator in Leadership Presence, Emotional Intelligence (EQI 2.0/360), Outward Mindset™, Cultural Intelligence™, Conversational Intelligence™, and Dare to Lead™.


Additionally, Terri is an alumnus of the NeuroLeadership Institute, the Grief Recovery Institute®, Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), The Arbinger Institute, the Neuro Change Institute, and the Institute of Coaching (IOC), McLean Hospital Affiliate Harvard Medical School. She has received numerous military and civilian awards, including the Department of the Army Meritorious Public Service Medal, the Secretary of Defense Meritorious Civilian Service Award, and the Legion of Merit. She was featured on the Women In Military Service for America (WIMSA) Postage Stamp in 1997. Terri and her husband are active US Army retirees and Blue Star Family Members, with a son currently serving in the US Army. Her hobbies include French cooking, bicycling, and yoga.

These sessions are 40-Minutes in duration and cover exceptional life skills lessons with tools you can use to negotiate whatever you may be facing in life. Whilst we encourage participation, we know that you might just want to remain anonymous, that's ok too. Importantly, the sessions are free and will always be free and you can come and go as you please.

In late 2022, the Mental Health Reform initiative by the World Health Organization (WHO) proposed a significant overhaul of mental health services. The recommendation is to shift towards community-based mental health care, expanding beyond the confines of the health sector. You have the opportunity to be an active participant in this transformation by joining our community-based Neuro Health Project. You can apply to become a Neuro Health Practitioner and take on a leadership role as a HUB Leader. Join us in shaping the future of mental health care.
